What this website collects
Nothing. The site sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking, and loads nothing from other websites. Fonts are served from our own domain.
Hosting
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages, run by GitHub, Inc. (USA). When you visit, GitHub processes your IP address in its server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure. GitHub is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. See GitHub’s privacy statement for details.
When you write to us
If you email us, we use your name, email address and message to answer you and, if it leads to a project, to prepare and carry out the engagement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries and steps taken at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). We keep the correspondence as long as it is needed for that purpose, and longer only where the Danish Bookkeeping Act requires it.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, ask us to restrict or stop processing it, and receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@strategy.nu.
